Rachel Piacenza is the Senior Director, Consumer Marketing & Communications at the Recreational Boating & Fishing Foundation (RBFF), with 15 years’ experience driving marketing initiatives among consumers and state fish & wildlife stakeholders. Overseeing national consumer brand strategies through RBFF’s Take Me Fishing™ marketing and advertising campaign, Piacenza has spent her entire career inspiring others to enjoy the benefits of fishing and boating while conserving our aquatic and natural resources.

Formerly in the Fisheries Management Division at the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources, Piacenza led statewide aquatic recruitment, retention and reactivation efforts and youth education programs. She holds a degree in Business Marketing from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, a mini-MBA from Rutgers University, and an Executive Leadership Certification from Cornell University. An avid angler and long-time youth sports coach, Piacenza balances her professional expertise with active engagement.
