Joshua Eure

Joshua Eure is the Executive Producer of Video at The Hill, where he supervises and works with the outlet's producers and editors on a wide range of high-quality, breaking news and original live video content tied to topical political issues of the day. Content he produces appears on the outlet's premium news pages, as well as on its social media channels. He has extensive experience in local and national media, including as a senior producer at CBS News and ABC News, where he also served as a project manager for the partnership between ABC News and Facebook. Most recently, he served as vice president of live programming and DC bureau chief for Black News Channel. Before that, he was executive director of news content and strategy at KXXV-TV in Waco, Texas. Under his leadership, KXXV went from #3 in the market to #1 within three months and remained there for his tenure. Among his accolades is an Emmy for Breaking News in Charm City. Recently, he worked on a documentary exposing the disparities in the education system for young black boys in Tampa, Florida. A veteran journalist, he has managed editorial content strategy and coached reporters on daily assignments, exhibiting strong news judgement in all of his roles.
