Diana Scholz
Global Head of Communications - Bayer, Consumer Health Division
Diana Scholz is Global Head of Communications for Bayer’s Consumer Health Division and member of Bayer’s Communications Leadership Team. She joined Bayer in 2012 and has worked for all three Bayer divisions in various global Communications roles across Germany, France, Japan, the United States and Switzerland, including her former role as VP and Global Head of Communications Commercial Operations for Bayer’s Crop Science Division, as well as her tenure as Global Communications Manager and Press Spokesperson for Bayer's Pharmaceuticals Division. With her strong passion to experiment, innovate and excel, along with her rich tapestry of experience, she has delivered impactful communication strategies while advocating for the power of diversity and individual strengths. Scholz is a German national, with a Master’s degree in Media & Political Communication from the Free University of Berlin, Germany and a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Sciences & French Classics from the Free University of Berlin and Sorbonne Paris, France.
Scholz currently lives in Basel, Switzerland with her partner, and when she’s not working, she loves to travel and enjoys spending time outdoors exploring, running and hiking.
