PR stunt or rage problem? Chris Brown smashes window, storms off GMA
The singer/rapper has a new album out—and a history of violence. So, was this episode on ‘Good Morning America’ a way to sell records or a genuine outburst? UPDATE: Several reports have said the questions that made Brown fly into a rage were pre-approved. That’s kind of odd.
The outburst came after Robin Roberts asked Brown about his past legal troubles stemming from his assault of ex-girlfriend Rihanna.
Brown’s new album comes out today, and during his interview with Roberts he tried to steer the questions back to the album. After the appearance, Brown reportedly smashed a window with a chair and then left the studio shirtless—as one does after a television interview.
