‘PR princess’ will likely avoid prison

Last year, Ali Wise, a big-shot publicist formerly at Dolce & Gabbana, was arrested and charged with hacking into voicemails and eavesdropping on private messages. On Thursday morning, Wise “tip-tapped into a Manhattan courtroom in beige patent leather stilettos … ‘fessing up to a wacky voicemail snooping rampage in a deal that will keep her out of jail,” reports the New York Post (as only the Post could put it). Wise will pay a $1,000 fine and perform 3,000 hours of community service. …
