NYC condo board president suing Twitter for libel
Similar to the Chicago woman sued by her landlord for her tweet, a Manhattan condo board president and the building’s management company are suing Twitter, Ning, GoDaddy and WordPress for allegedly defamatory remarks made by users of those Web services. The lawsuit seeks $22 million in damages.
