Valerie Christopherson, CEO and founder of Global Results Communications, uses the extra time to work with her team to serve her top priority: her clients. One of the most important tools she uses to achieve her goals is her trusty email inbox—which she clears before leaving for the day.

On a daily basis, I’m up by 5 a.m.
Not that many, I tend to make half a cup, then dilute it with hot water throughout the day; I’m a “weak” coffee drinker.
