Honest Co. defends sunscreen after customers lash out online
The company, which touts its non-toxic, ethical products and was co-founded by actress Jessica Alba, promised to ‘make it right,’ but also contended customers weren’t using the sunscreen correctly.
A group of customers who used Honest Co. sunscreen are burning mad, and they have made it known on social media over the past two weeks or so.
Don’t buy @Honest sunscreen unless u want to look like this. Second time I’ve tried this stuff and got fried pic.twitter.com/pEhO5GYIkQ

Very disappointed with your SPF 30 sunscreen. Decided to try it for the first time on my four year old and I regret it. She burned pretty bad. I threw away packaging and can’t return.
