Facebook expands parental leave to all employees
The social network extended its parental leave policy of four months off to all of its employees around the world.
Facebook was widely praised earlier this year when it announced that it would extend its policy of four months paid leave to new parents—including fathers. Last week, it extended that policy globally.
The company’s head of HR, Lori Matloff Goler, posted the following announcement last week:
