Don’t look for a genetics test in aisle 9
You won’t be able to buy a genetics test at Walgreens, at least for now. When the FDA found out that Pathway Genomics was going to sell its genetics test in stores, the agency said it first needed regulatory approval, says The New York Times . In a statement, Walgreens said it won’t sell the test until it has “further clarity” on the matter.
