Does this anti-abortion billboard go over the line?
A racially charged advertisement in New York’s SoHo neighborhood sparked outrage this week, and now it’s coming down.
A Texas-based anti-abortion group, Life Always, erected a three-story high billboard that reads: “The most dangerous place for an African American is in the womb.”
Reps contend the ad should spark debate, but instead it’s brought outrage. One city official calls it “grossly offensive.” The billboard is a half block from a Planned Parenthood facility.
