Curious about social media? You aren’t alone

Ragan’s unConference reveals that communicators have lots of questions—and plenty of answers—about the new tools of Web 2.0

Jim Pogue said he no longer felt alone.

Of all the “light bulb” moments at Ragan’s social media unConference on Wednesday (and there were many), perhaps none mattered more than the sentiment expressed by Pogue, a communicator with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.

“There’s an understanding here that a lot of other people have the same challenges and problems that I do,” Pogue said.
