Jim Pogue said he no longer felt alone.
Of all the “light bulb” moments at Ragan’s social media unConference on Wednesday (and there were many), perhaps none mattered more than the sentiment expressed by Pogue, a communicator with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.
“There’s an understanding here that a lot of other people have the same challenges and problems that I do,” Pogue said.

Kicking off Ragan’s Social Media conference, about 70 communicators gathered at the Wynn Hotel in Las Vegas to talk about Web 2.0 tools, how to best use them and the obstacles that stand in the way.
