Consumers request almond milk; Starbucks execs oblige
Ask and you shall receive. So much was the case for the coffee company and its latest spin on lattés. Here’s how customers voiced their opinions—and got brand managers to listen.
Starbucks fans who eschew dairy will have a new option at the coffee chain: Almond milk.
Next month, the coffee giant will introduce the option of almond milk, an idea that originated from the company’s My Starbucks Idea site, a post on its website states.
Starbucks currently serves soy milk and coconut milk as nondairy options.
Almond milk fans rejoiced on Twitter:
