Comcast to staff: Vote in contest so we’re not the ‘worst company’
The Consumerist blog published a screen shot from Comcast’s intranet urging employees to vote ‘multiple’ times in a contest to determine America’s worst company.
The “competition” pits companies against one another by asking readers to vote for the worst one.
Last year, Comcast took the No. 1 spot, and it doesn’t want the dubious distinction this year.
The Consumerist got its hands on a screen shot from Comcast’s intranet requesting that its employees vote several times for the company it is competing against. The reason: “To defend our company name.”
