Clinton again grabs online attention during GOP debate
The Democratic candidate reused a meme that Twitter users loved, diverting much of the talk from candidates onstage in Milwaukee.
Presidential candidate Hillary Clinton used a familiar meme from her Benghazi hearings to sum up her opinion of her Republican counterparts:
