CEOs are bullish about social media
An IBM survey of 1,700 chief executives found they’re not as doddering about social media as one might expect.
Questions like, “Is this Facebook thing really worth it?” and “Does this Twitter thing really work?” are far too common.
But recent data from IBM suggests that CEOs may not be as doddering as you think when it comes to social media.
Only 16 percent of CEOs use social as a top way to engage customers; however, the 1,700 chief executives surveyed believe this number will triple in the next three to five years.
