On Monday, Women at NBCU — which is NBC Universal’s female-targeted marketing initiative — unveiled a monthly brand index to measure the 25 brands that are most important to women. After coupon debacle, Kmart customers unleash their vitriol on store’s Facebook page

Another day, another Facebook blow up. This time it involves Kmart. Top jobs in America: PR director is No. 84

What does a PR director do? According to CNNMoney.com , this person “plans and directs public relations programs designed to create and maintain a favorable public image for employers or clients.” Sounds easy enough. And yet, it’s ranked No. 84 on the list of 100 best jobs in America. Marketing consultant was No. 61; director of communications ranked 87. The top job was software architect.
