Matthew Papuchis

Matthew Papuchis is an award-winning corporate communications leader, currently serving as Director of Internal Communications for Inova Health System, Northern Virginia’s leading nonprofit healthcare provider. In March, he published his first book, A Little Birdie Told Me... A Journey to Find Hope, Happiness and the Wings to Fly, based on his experiences and the lessons learned as he dealt with unemployment and battled self-doubt amid the global pandemic in the summer of 2020.

Matt has worked for some of the world's leading brands and most admired companies, leading internal and executive communications at organizations such as Marriott International, The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, Carnival Cruise Line, and Sodexo, Inc.
