Study: Editors are doing more without extra compensation
Good news/bad news among editors, but first, the obvious news: According to the Folio Editorial Salary Survey, 78 percent of editors say they’ve taken on more responsibility in the past year, and most of that comes in the form of digital content. Now the good news/bad news: Most of the editors surveyed (58 percent) said they expect their salaries will stay about the same this year.
