Survey says … collaboration between clients and agencies still lacking

Ever been in a rocky relationship? Probably, if you work in PR! A survey from Glasscubes.com found that 55 percent of agency client relationships were “somewhat collaborative” but that there was plenty of room for improvement. How? Among other suggestions, stop relying so much on e-mail for communications and stop thinking in terms of “agency” and “client.” Singing “Kumbaya” by the fire was not among the suggestions. –Jackson Wightman
