After coupon debacle, Kmart customers unleash their vitriol on store’s Facebook page
Another day, another Facebook blow up. This time it involves Kmart. The company issued coupons for stores in New York City, Chicago, and Baltimore; problem is the coupons said “valid at all stores,” reported The Consumerist . “Customers printed out what looked like a perfectly valid coupon from Kmart’s site, then were treated like criminals and accused of fraud when they actually tried to use those coupons,” The Consumerist ’s Laura Northrup wrote.
