11 positions marketing execs are hiring for in the spring
A study released this week says marketing and ad execs plan to ramp up hiring. Guess what’s the most in-demand skill. (Hint: It involves Facebook and Twitter.)
Three percent plan to reduce staff; 81 percent expected no change in hiring.
That’s according to the Creative Group Hiring Index for Marketing and Advertising Professionals, a study developed by the staffing service The Creative Group and conducted by an independent research firm, according to a press release.
The 9 percent net increase in hiring activity marks a jump of 5 percentage points from the first-quarter forecast, according the study.
Social media expertise is in great demand, according to the study.
