Report cites triple-digit increase in Web-based annual reports
Preparing your company’s annual report? It might be time to ditch print for an electronic format, like many of the Fortune 1000 have already done.
Citing data from Broadbridge, IIR reports that 60 percent of retail investor accounts in the U.S. will get either a notice by mail or an electronic delivery of proxy materials instead of a full package by mail.
In other words, more than half of the people who would receive an annual report are getting it in some non-traditional form.
