Study: Public sector succeeding at social media
Government agencies are earning kudos for engaging in a variety of online platforms.
That’s according to a ForeSee study, which audited social media activity in the federal government. It revealed that the public sector is learning to communicate and making a solid effort to engage citizens through social media.
All 15 cabinet-level agencies are engaging in social media activity, including Facebook, Twitter and YouTube.
