Tad Kanae

Tad Kanae is manager of employee engagement at Northrop Grumman. Kanae manages the employee engagement/people strategy for global operations in the aerospace sector. Previously, he was an internal social business strategist at Mercer, where he managed the social strategy for Mercer's global intranet. Throughout his career, Kanae has led projects on such topics as online employee engagement, intranet adoption and in-depth web analysis.
