You might want to skip ahead in time to a point where your new agency is established, but if you did, you’d miss out on some major learning experiences.
Being small is great, and it enables you to adapt quicker than big organizations, but your resources are limited, and that puts a premium on your time and energy. Asking yourself questions along the way and being honest with yourself (even if you don’t like the answers) helps tremendously. 8. Step back, and turn it off. I’m an over-thinker, which is a recipe for sleepless nights.
