30 jobs in the PR and marketing world
One candidate could get a job promoting ‘Alex,’ a virtual employee benefits counselor.
Jellyvision (the company famous for the “You Don’t Know Jack” games) is working on turning that around, and this week’s featured job listing could give you the chance to be a part of it. The company is looking for a director of PR in Chicago.
Jellyvision creates virtual teachers, advisors and sales staff, including “Alex,” a virtual benefits counselor.
Last year, Alex helped more than 3 million employees select health care packages. The company’s executives want the virtual counselor to go even further.
The position calls for a candidate who is a “pitching machine,” able to supplement Alex with news coverage and coordinate media opportunities with Alex representatives. Interested candidates should also be skilled with social media outreach, be able to research and identify trends and have a sense of humor.
“In all that we do, our goal is to make complex topics simple and boring material interesting,” the job listing touts.
