Following store closings announcement, Sbarro takes to Twitter

The pizza chain is shuttering 155 stores in malls nationwide. In tweets, it’s directing employees to send direct messages for one-on-one discussions and offering apologies to upset customers.

Sbarro has apparently been searching for those tweets, because it has been spending Thursday evening and most of Friday answering them, even if they don’t mention the @Sbarro Twitter account. It’s telling some employees to send direct messages:
