Corporate communications manager at LinkedIn

By Alan Pearcy | Posted: December 7, 2012
Ordinarily, I’d advise keeping your social media activity to a minimum when in the market for a new job, but in this instance, I’ll cut you some slack.

While too much time wasted on Facebook and Twitter (and the Internet altogether) could prove bad for your health or even lead to addiction, you’ll want to make sure you’re LinkedIn profile is in top shape if and when you apply to work at the professional networking site.

The company is hiring a corporate communications manager for its New York office to provide PR counsel to internal clients, as well as assist them at various high exposure events with the media.

And if you haven’t joined LinkedIn yet, you’re going to want to do that. How else do you think you’re going to apply? Get started, and before you click here to submit your profile, just make sure you’ve successfully avoided each of these mistakes.
