The list, which is compiled by the National Association of Female Executives (NAFE), highlights organizations that encourage the advancement of women’s careers.

NAFE praised Fleishman for training “its female executives to be savvy about digital media, [offering] them learning labs that inspire fresh ideas for clients and [providing] a high-level course that solidifies their management skills at the Babson Executive Education Center in Wellesley, Mass.”

Women constitute the majority of Fleishman’s 1,366 employees, making up 64 percent of the firm’s U.S. workforce, 66 percent of its worldwide workforce, and 47 percent of the agency’s corporate executives with profit-and-loss responsibility.

Nearly half (49 percent) of senior managers and 45 percent of corporate executives are female, according to NAFE. Thirty-five percent of the company’s top 10 percent of earners are women.
