Director of online strategy for Greenpeace

By Alan Pearcy | Posted: November 19, 2012
To all of the Greenpeace canvassers I bypass on the sidewalks of Chicago every day, I’d like to offer my genuine apology. It’s not that I hate you, the planet, or your various grassroots initiatives.

It’s simply that most of the time, I really do need to be somewhere—that being far away from you.

Nevertheless, I have found a way to show the earnestness of my atonement while helping your organization far more than would my John Hancock you're always requesting.

The environmental group is soliciting applicant names for its director of online strategy position. Responsible for the development and execution of digital practices across all levels of the organization, the selected candidate will work with both marketing and communications to help organize new approaches to various community building, fundraising, and advocacy efforts.

And understandably, before adding your own name to the list, take a little time to learn a bit more about the job by clicking here.
